RETURNS & EXCHANGE
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases within 7 days upon the date of package receive.
Step 1: Reach us at the email ([email protected]) indicates which item you wish to return with the order number and patiently wait for our admin to reply your email by providing you 2forms. (one) Exchange & Returns (two) Return Label.
Step 2: Insert the Exchange & Returns form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
Step 3: Close the package securely and attach the return label for the return shipment to the exterior package.
Step 4: Drop your package at the post office
Step 5: Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt
Step 6: All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible (currency, account and payment method as used for original purchase)

RETURN CONDITIONS
• All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached
• Merchandise must be returned in one package
• Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (J&T, DHL or UPS)
• We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Malaysia must be returned from Malaysia. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense)
• Customised items cannot be returned.
• An agreeable Return fee will be deduct during the refund process.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
• All exchange must be returned in their original conditions, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached.
• Merchandise must be returned in one package
• Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (J&T, DHL or UPS)
• We can only accept exchange from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Malaysia must be returned from Malaysia. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense)
• Customised items cannot be exchange.
• We only accept exchange of item with same pricing or choose for a higher item price and top up amount must be made during confirmation order.
• An agreeable Exchange fee will be charge during the exchange process.
• Confirm the exchange item order within 7 working days after you received an email regarding the returned items.
REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:
• The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
• The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
• The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
• The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider
• If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.
• If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher
